Ms Rose:
This was a repeat customer with us, from recorded calls and communication, she was well aware of our terms and conditions before requesting our funds in her account.
The customer had every opportunity to print out her contract agreement when she applied and had access to it via password also. She had a 48-hour window in which to cancel the agreement and return the funds without incurring a fee. In addition an account summary was sent before each debit and it explained the terms once more and all of her options for repayment. This customer did not utilize any of these options. She agreed to an original balance of $325.00. We did not receive the account summary to pay this account in full before the first due date.
This customer has paid ZERO toward a $250.00 deposit placed in her account in February 2008, our first debit was returned as "account closed" her account is currently in collections.

In an effort to assist this customer we can offer a reduced balance of $250.00 until 03/14/08 only. THIS WAIVES ALL FEES, ASKING FOR DEPOSIT ONLY. This must be paid via Moneygram. All ACH debits to this account have been stopped.

Moneygram Instructions:
Pay to: One Click Cash
Receive code: 4310
City/State: Niobrara, NE
Acct: Compliance/117223499

If the reduced offer is not received by 03/14/08, the account will CONTINUE IN for the full amount due of $400.00 IN COLLECTIONS, per the contract.

what should I do now....I have overpaid on loans in the past.....they owe meeeee...

#1) One Click Cash is unlicensed/illegal to lend in any state in the US, so they can stick their bull crap up their you-know-what.

#2) A "reduced balance"? Excuse me? That's what they deposited into your account - the illegal idiots. They can take their "$400 balance" and stick that you-know-where also.

#3) I do so hope you fired back a response to the BBB stating that this company is UNLICENSED/ILLEGAL to lend in the United States. That you have OVERPAID the principle amount, which they are friggin lucky to get.

#4) They will insist on a Money Gram (a$$holes) because they are so illegal they just want their money ASAP and don't want to give a mailing address. Someone might find them.

#5) They will respond will some bunch of crap and it won't get resolved through the BBB. The BBB will most likely end up closing it. Fine, fine, fine. Let the state AG take over. Put in your response to the BBB that the state AG has this case in their hands.

Can you tell that I am SO against these MTE related a$$e$ that my blood pressure shoots sky high? love, they will give you the biggest run around. And it kills me because they are UNLICENSED/ILLEGAL. It just blows my mind! If it doesn't get resolved through the BBB, do not freak out. Let your state AG handle it. They will send letters to the illegal freaks. Honestly, they will most likely not back down. I could be wrong, but they would not cooperate with me. But I fought tooth and nail with them. I wouldn't back down either. Finally, my state AG got responses from them. Closed, paid in full. Bunch of good for nothing weasels.

LOVE the avatar! Your son is GOOD! :D The BBB might not be able to resolve them for you. This is not uncommon. Your AG will keep sending them letters. They get harsher as they go if they don't get a response from the pdl. If they don't get any results, they will send you a letter telling you that the company never responded. Now, you know I'm a hound. If I didn't get results, I filed complaints AGAIN. What the hell!

Depends. Are they illegal? Did they not respond to anyone? Are they hiding? They might just "disappear". If you can't get results from anyone, just file again. In the meantime, don't send them anything. Usually (and it'll take time) they will respond to the state AG. I got a few of mine resolved by my AG sending them a million letters and months going by with me totally ignoring the idiots. Then they FINALLY would respond to my state AG (who forwarded it on to me) with a paid in full/closed letter. Guess they got tired of getting letters every two weeks from the AG!

I used the following:

PO Box 304229
Margaretville, NY 12455

I also faxed the letter to them at 866-645-1662. I haven't heard anything back from them and that was done on the 18th of February. I did try to log in to my account with them and I am no longer able to do so. They used to send me an e-mail reminder of the payment coming due and I did not get that reminder for the 29th of February. I have the fax confirmation stating that is went through ok. If I were you I would send it Certified to the PO Box and then fax a copy to them as well.

I'm not sure if calling them and telling them to stop would get you anywhere... have you tried to log in to your account with them? Maybe you can still get in and modify your personal information by deleting the references... I can't even remember who I had used as a reference but I am sure it was the same friends I always use. So far none of them have called me to let me know they have been receiving calls. I did have in the letter they were not to contact them. I would fax the letter to any number you have for them. In the meantim you might want to tell your references to tell them they have no way of contacting you when they call them.

I had paid them all but $240 of my loan with them. Had you started paying them anything towards what you had borrowed?
