Need help determining the best course of action. I currently owe the following companies.

Check N Go 500.00
Check Into Cash 500.00
Hometown Cash Advance 500.00
my cash now 587.00

I want to get this resolved so I can gain control of my life and restore my sanity. I am having panic attacks daily over this. I feel so foolish. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

I'm thinking that Check 'n Go is a storefront? However, they could be an internet, as they do both. Check Into Cash is most likely a storefront. Hometown Cash Advance, probably a storefront. my cash now probably an internet. Just my guess here!

run, shazz posted your state pdl law for us all to look at. If you could please provide the information shazz requested, we can help you better!

I am dealing with MyCashNow as we speak. I have sent my letter off to them but I did get a call from them last week and so did my references. I have faxed over my letter to Credit Protection Depot, who collects for them, and who called me but I haven't heard anything since the first phone call. They have blocked me from the website and they are refusing my emails. As I have just started dealing with them I am not sure just how difficult things will get.

love. . .I am not sure if the NY BBB has anything to do with them. I think there was some discussion about them being in Grenada. I know that there is a listing for them in NY but since they are prohibited here I am not sure how that would work. Could be a drop address? They have never responded to my BBB complaint. I have been blocked from their site and emails come back as "refused". The address I used is the one in West Vancouver. Long story short, I think there are many con artists operating out of Cananda and using a US address as a front. I have had the pleasure of dealing, very innocently, with one in particular out of Connecticut but I think there are others in that State as well. So be careful. No money loss as I was smart enough to "question" this character before I did anything. Very suspicious from the get go. I had already learned my lesson with these yahoos so I knew better. I have talked with the RMCP about him and they referred me to the FBI as well. How I get myself into these situations I will never know. If you ever get a chance to check out Ripoff Report.com do so. It has a wealth of information about scammers.
