Please read the various pages in this site about the sad stories after taking payday loans. These loans may be the easiest cash available, but the aftermaths are devastating.

Does anyone know how to reach this company. I took out a payday loan for $300 $90fee from Premier Processing. Unfortunately, I do not have their contact information and I would like to pay the loan in full. I have searched the internet and have been unsuccessful in finding any contact information. I also called my bank (Washington Mutual) to ask if they could give me their contact info since it was a directly deposited loan. Unfortunately, Washington Mutual said that they can not see any corporate information, phone number, and/or website for this company. This is all the information they could pull for me. I would really appreciate anyones help on this. I would like to pay this in full ASAP.

You can also put a search on these two companies at the search option given at the left side of this window.

I had 110 taken out of my checking account and I have not received a loan of any kind. I recall not wanting a loan because the dollar amount to be paid to your company was too much. Who can I call to get this resolved.?.

Call your bank and ask them to change your checking account. You will save your personal information from floating to the scam companies.

Lodge your complaint at the attorney general office in your area and also at the FTC and the BBB. Request them for urgent actions so that you can hope for some restitution.

I'm trying to reach Paragon to pay off my payday loan but they don't list a phone number on my bank statment and the bank is saying they have no way of contacting them. Can anyone help me with a phone number? Thanks!

Did you check your credit report and verify if they are shown there?

I have this phone number also, 530-544-8919 listed with Paragon.

I am looking if I can find any specific information on them. They are not anywhere with specific information on the internet.

Do you have the full name of Paragon because there are many companies listed with this name in the BBB website? You can search for the company at the BBB search

Does AIP have any affiliation with Sonic. Sonic also has a mailing address in Wilmington, DE.

AIP and Sonic are not affiliated with each other. I don't know it surely but I have never heard them to be the same company. I will check it out again and see if I can find anything new.

I don't know if this will help anyone, but when searching the BBB for Paragon I found this information when I went into one of the Paragon Financial companies to see if they were the ones who do PayDay loans. They had a disclaimer that they were not the company that offers payday loans - "This firm, Paragon Financial Group, located at Walt Whitman Road, South Huntington, NY is a mortgage broker not associated with the web site at paragon-financial.com or the phone numbers 800-514-5044 and 888-501-9797, which offers advance fee loans.

I took out a payday and they said they would hit my accoutn on my pay dates but they have hit more than just my paydate which has sent my account in the negative and no one from there company will return my calls. Can someone help me this happened to me today my whole paycheck is gone because of this company hitting it and my bank charging me fee's for NSF.

Welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear of your recent financial trouble. If the payday loan company attempted to take their money back on a day not scheduled in your loan agreement, I would suggest talking with a manager at your financial institution. Explain the situation to them. That money went somewhere if your whole paycheck is gone. Perhaps your loan is fully paid off. However, I would also recommend placing calls to the loan company and ask to speak to a manager there. State your dispute and why you think they are in the wrong.

I am also sorry to hear about this situation. The payday loan company is breaking the agreement contract and illegally making the unauthorized debits in your account. You should put your complaint against this company at the local attorney general's office. They will take necessary actions against this company. You should also put your complaints at the FTC and the BBB website against them.

Talk to your bank and investigate each of the debits made by this company in your account. The company has to give a valid explanation of each of the debits made. If they fail to verify them, money should be credited back to your account.

Most of the customers have used this address to contact Antilles Venture. Besides, this address is displayed in the Better Business Bureau. However, if the addressee is identifying themselves to be a different company, you should contact the local AG's office for their active address details.

You will get a good help from the credit bureau also regarding this matter. They have a list of all the creditors and the collection agencies in their database.

I took out a loan for $300. Payback was $390. However they ended up debiting my account for a total of $1410.00. I sent them a letter requesting a refund but have not received a reply. Has anyone else had this problem They said it was extension fees that I never authorized or reuested. Thank you

Charlotte, is anything about the extension fees mentioned in your contract paper signed with the company? You must review it once again and make sure that the company had debited the account legitimately.

You can also place a dispute with the bank and verify the matter with PD6 Ventures. They might be helpful in resolving the matter.
