I was looking up information for a member on my cash now's web site. I had paid a loan off to them and decided to use my log in to see if I could come up with additional information to help...While on there there is an advertisement for a Preferred Member Program. This is what it said...

I do not know why this shocked me, but it did...I had paid $1188 on a $500 loan....That was $688 in fees, etc... multiply that by 5...$3440 in fees etc. for 5 loans..and then on the 6th, I would get a wopping 10% discount....OMG...You do not say, woohoo...what a great deal..for that matter let me go the whole 10 loans and get a 20% discount on the 11th...HOw awsome for me....NOT!!!!

that seems to be the latest scam by pdls to either get info,or reel you back in if you are pif.i got one of those e mails from usfastcash yesterday evening.unbelievable.

They're absolutely shameless, aren't they? After I'd closed out my checking account and told the PDL's to contact our State office of Financial regulation, I got some e-mails offering me "great rates" on NEW PDL's. And all they needed was my new checking account information. Oh yeah, RIGHT!!! :D

Seems to amaze me that still to this day email me offers all the time...but I am sure that it's an automatic thing anyway....there are so many everyday still that by the time i open all of them up and respond to get off of their list it would take days..

so it's just easier to empty spam folder....

they are so trying to reel you in.....

share a lil story; i was at a store yesterday and there were several people in a pdl storefront and i wanted so badly to go in there and tell those people to stop and run run away...giggle giggle...

Just out of curiosity; is there a lot of pdl's coming out to this site and read all of this? What do you think they do with the information? help fight against us?? Just curious.

thats not really true purple, take your handle for example.your name really isn't purple right?all of us use offshoots of our name or handles.this is a common tactic of ipdl's i'm afraid.it is there way to get repeat loans from people who have pif's with them,or accounts in dispute like ours.

well, purple is my favorite color........my handle...

just wondered......wow, but as we know it, there is someone at this very second getting a loan and having no clue at all...

I think i will make flyers with this website on it and stand out by a storefront and hand them out.........and it's free...ha ha...

I was sent an 'ad', over the net. Can't remember the name, of the PDL, however...the ad said, " to ALL new customers...NO % on FIRST loan. You may have, up to 90 days, to pay us back!" BOY..this 'ad' sounded tempting!! Looking in the 'fine print'..said "fee to use our services. The fee, for each week is $$$ (remember...this is NOT the % rate, for your loan." GOD>>>>>>> If someone actually got this loan for "90 days", they wouldn't have any money left, for the rest of their lives!!LOL This PDL was ORIGINALLY out of Costa Rica. I don't know what the PDL's 'rules' are from there.
