I have a question. If anyone is dealing with these people has there been any email communication from and/or to them recently? I know that on their site I am being flagged as login failure. I am assuming it is because I stiffed them, or so they think. However, I have been sending emails to them and each one is returned as undeliverable, fatal errors, or connection refused. I had also assumed that this had something to do with my personal account. However, I resent them this morning, from a totally unrelated email, and they also came back with the same nonsense. Has anyone had any problems connecting to them via email lately?

love. . .I have tried support@ which is where my emails from them come from. I have tried customer service@ and I have also tried compliance department@. All of them come back and I know, by their own admission, that the support@ address is a working address for them. I have tried to login and when failed I send a request for password retrieval and that gives me a blank screen. That, to me, says plenty. Pachacutec. . . how do you know that your account was sent to National Adjusters if you can't get into your account? Angell. . I sent letters also and I did get one phone call from CPD and then I faxed over that letter to Mr. Reed and I haven't heard anything since either.

I did not email them, I called the phone number for MyCash Now, 1-866-398-CASH, selected the option to make payment arrangements. The recording gives you another number to call. Call that number and ask for the supervisor. I spoke with someone named Brian and explained that the loan was illegal based on the laws for Wyoming. My account was marked PIF w/in 36 hours.

I know that CPD collects for Pay Day Max, as that is what was indicated on my paperwork from them and it is also listed on my bank statement. However, I am not so sure about my cash now. Those debits always listed as MCN. In checking the past posts regarding MCN I came across a post regarding their Chattanooga address. I believe that volleyball Mom linked them to a Credit Payment Services. Interstingly enough, ALL of my emails are being returned by both MCH and PDM and I cannot get into my accounts. That happened after both my reference and myself received a phone call from CDP, but never indicating who they were calling about. Mine went to voice mail, my reference stated that he had not seen me in years. At that point I immediately faxed over my C and D letter on both, to Mr. Reed at CPD and no phone calls since. That was on March 4th. However, on my mission to find an email address that would finally accept my emails, I reversed the search and went back to the internet details. The return path on both came back to a cps.net address, which now I am wondering if they are not one in the same. I have sent an email, containing both my PDM and MCN C and D letters, as I did to Mr. Reed, at CPD. That was last evening. To date, they have not been returned to me. I guess I will wait and see what develops. God, will these people EVER go away?

llw1995, I know that Natl. Credit Adjusters has my account because they called me and told me so. PDL's are prohibited here in MD, and I'm working w/ the State of MD regarding these people. MD has been extremely helpful in dealing with the PDL's, so hopefully THEY will be able to resolve this.
