how do i get out from under these payday loans?

Great! I am glad you are getting refunds! I missd the 2 previous posting before I wrote the one above. Besides worldwide which one was the other one? Although you overpaid500fastcash they are imposible to get anything back of the overpayment you might get your "PD IN FULL"letter though, United is anotherone that is hard to deal with. If I recall 500Fastcash in Global Finance Services (they are being investigated in Florida) United is MTE financial(also being investigated) I had dealings with them and did not get a refund I settle with 500fastcash $95. United I have not heard from them since last july (2007)I can't wait to hear from the Financial Services in Tallahassee I have been in contact w/their people who are investigating (gaave them them all correspondence and paperwork from all the loan I had. They are really going after all paydayloans, they have thousands of complaint about this internet payday loans. Hope they get them!

the other pif letter came from impact cash. i did receive a nasty gram from united. yeah, i can see they are going to be a pain. same with 500fastcash

they still do try to debit my account. and, to their dismay their attempts fail because they are returned by my bank and then they get charged. i was informed by my bank that no service charges will be applied to my account. but, i still check it daily. i don't think i can close it until i have a POSITIVE balance. these pdls put me drastically in the negative.

I thought somewhere that someone said 500Fastcash was affiliated with MTE? I have one PDL I am dealing with that is MTE, but I also had 500FastCash, which I also thought was MTE, making me assume I had two PDLs through the MTE parent company.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, or if someone has any additional information.

i received another e-mail from MTE, of course threatening to ruin my credti and cause my check writing privileges to be taken away, etc. i emailed them back stating that the are not to contact me until they supply me with the information of who they are affiliated with so that i know who exactly i'm paying. they offer a phone number. do you think i need to call it?

They can not ruin your credit and can not have your check writing privileges removed. They can attempt to put a negative mark on your credit but you can dispute it and it will be removed. I know there are several members who have posted that companies have tried, I am not sure if MTE was one of them. Did you try to google the phone number or search this site using the number to find what you are looking for...I would only communicate with them in writing.

has anyone here had a situation where they still owed one of these crooks money and they just let it go? because some of the ones that i actually owe money to, i have overpaid them thousands in the past on pif's

i've tried to search the phone number that MTE listed and couldn't find anything. however their address is infact the same as 500fastcash. so i sent them the letter again and addressed it "500fastcash.com aka MTE financial recoveries"

hello people one quesion . what is better for paydayloans.. do they accept deb consilidation i make arragments with one of the in 2 payments but i want to put all in one single payments is any good company there to work with it? i called this company from this forum the one in alabama i read the contrac they one $195.00 dollars to begin ? is this ok ? can anyone tell me if they work with them?

then you did great! As kash stated, this pdl is one of MTE's d/b/a's. I wanted to check what address because MTE has a habit of denying they are "who they are". However, in your case, 500FastCash has the same exact address as MTE Financial. So, they shouldn't claim "we are not them".

i received a letter from worldwidecashnow(via us post). the are a company based in the UK. the agreed to issue me a refund in the amount of $245. and i let the company know here(also known as telemerica) it's going to be in my account(that only allows credits) tomorrow!!! yeah. again i can't thank everybody here enough for all your help!!!!

well i think this makes 3 down. i went and logged into paydayservices.com, and it said that i had a loan that has been funded. then it had an OPT-OUT thing to click on. so i guess if you don't here anything... log on to your online account, and maybe they just washed it out? if so... that is cool!!!
