However, I find some information are missing in your post. Please mention the following in your reply
- Total amount of debt.
- nature of the debt ( credit card, student loan, secured or unsecured etc.).
- how old these debts are?
- what amount you have repaid so far?
- what's the present status of these debts (charged off accounts, with collection agency)?
- your state of residence.
