Hi,

I recently took out a pay day loan. It was for $300 and $90 fee. I have been trying to pay the loan in full but can not find the contact information for this company. I have tried everything. I contacted my bank and they told me they couldn't find any contact information on the company. I had a virus in my email account and it deleted many of my emails and the loan documents were in there. Is there any advice you can give me on contacting this company to ensure they are paid in full. Below is a snap shot of what documentation I have received from my bank. I have tried googling them and it is impossible to find out how to reach them. For 48 hours straight I have looked for their contact information. Any help you could provide me would be greatly appreciated. I don't think I should legally be charged a service fee on a service I am trying to pay back in full. My bank stated that they can not even find a corporate name, phone number, and/or website.

Transaction Type: DIRECTDEBIT
Posting Date: 09/30/2005
Transaction Description: DIRECTDEBIT/PREMIER PROCESSI FEE DEPOSI 49139
Amount: -$90.00

I just recieved a call from a lawfirm that they sold my loan to telling they were going to prosicute me and the papers would be filed electronically to the local courthouse. I have not been able to get information on who this $45.00 a week was coming out of my bank account and everything was fine until the last month when i feel at work and have been off. They just sent it to this lawfirm on 10/17/06 and contacted me today 10/19/06. I am on probation so this will be a violation and get me into more trouble. I am a single parent trying to do my best with what little I got. I don't know what to do. They said they would give 1 hour to come up with money. My hour is over with now. I neeed advice, help anything.

I have about 6 payday loans out and they are just killing me. I want to get out from under them but, I can't find them to stop debiting my account. I want to just make an arrangement to pay them back. But, I have lost alot of the information as to ther real company names. Is there anyway to find this out or should I just cancel my bank account and wait till they bug me a work( except I work midnights and they cal all day even after they said I don't work during they day) And I'm afraid of loseing my job over the repeated calls

Poll -

If you can list the names of the payday lending companies you are dealing with, we can help you find the contact information for them.

Also, if you are interested in debt consolidation or settlement to handle these payday loans, you might want to register with this site. When you do, a debt counselor will call you for a free consultation and offer options for consolidation or settlement plan.

Please keep us posted on your progress!

Poll--

I know exactly how you feel, but unfortunately, the only way that I have found along with many others on this site, is to close your bank account that these pdl companies have access too. These companies don't believe in setting up payment arrangements and they will keep hitting your bank account even if you tell them the money isn't there.

I too have received a payday loan from premier processing. I received a phone call from a lady named Sandy Miller at Bass & Associates here is the address 9378 Arlington Expressway STE 323 Jacksonville, FL 32225. She left a nasty message on my cell phone and also my work line stating that it is in my best interest to call her back IMMEDIATELY and if I didn't she suggested that I have my retained attorney to call on my behalf. She also stated that it was in my best interest to do one or the other and she stated GOOD LUCK. So I called her back and she stated that I obtained a loan from Premier Processing with no intent to pay the money back, and malisciouly closed my account. I told her that I have every intent of paying my loan back and the reason my account was closed was because of my bank. My husband was hit in the head with a 4x4 board the day after Christmas and there was not anyway that I could keep up with all the interest I was paying on my payday loans. I am not a dishonest person to be treated this way. I was told that I had to make a payment dated 2-27-07, or it would be pushed to the next step. When I asked her what the next step was she could not tell and just said that it would be embarrassing at my work or my home. She called me today and stated that she got my voicemail with my reference # and then she stated that I have to pay another $306.00 on Friday. Can someone please suggest what I should do?

I also received a loan from this company. My husband was off work I was the only on working for 3 months. With all of the hospital bills we decided to file bankruptcy. I was told to stop payment on the accounts I was filing against. I did and low and behold I got a call from them today. They told me they was pressing charges and and that Kentucky had a zero tolerance policy on that. I contacted my lawyer and they said not to worry about it. Should I?

Do not put up w/ threats from Bass & Associates. They are currently under investigation by the Florida state AG's office. I received a call from them threatening to have the police arrest me at my place of employment if I didn't pay them by a certain time. I told them that their tactics were illegal, that they didn't even explain who or what the collection was for, and that I would be reporting them to the AG's office. It worked. I haven't received a call from them since.

Premier Processing - Phone# 877-878-2700 This is the biggest fraudulent PayDay loan company ever. If you have taken a loan out - as soon as you get it to a $0.00 balance do not ever use them again. I paid this company $900.00 for a $250.00 loan. Crazy!!

First off, you are not going to be arrested! That is an illegal threat this company likes to use against consumers. DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME, laugh the next time they call and say they are going to have your arrested and please don't send them any money. You also need to file complaints with your state's Attorney General's office.

I took out a loan with Premier Processing 2 years ago and I was under the impression that this was paid in full. However, now I am getting threatening phone calls for collections and I need to know if I owe and the amount of how much it is. The FAX the person sent me does not make any sense. Do I call the 816-283-6200 number. Is that the same number for this information? Thank you.

I have spoken with this company. They only have one agent answering the phone. The agent hung up on me and advised me that there is nothing she could tell me about my account. This agent hung up on me several times. I will be filing a report with the FCC and the Better Bussiness Bureau
