Need Step by Step Guidance with URS

Most of which from those dollars are gambling debts from using EGOLD and 5dimes gambling. I have agreed to pay these debts off at 500 per month with a settle ment of just over 6 grand. I have paid about 1000 of the debt and now I had my last check bounce.
I have now learned that some of these debts might be uncollectable because they are from gambling debts.
This lady is now calling and I don't know what to say to her nasty attitude. What should I do, I have the ability to pay some of it off. But probably not at 500 per month. Any suggestions?

So this was online gambling? Online gambling is illegal in New Jersey so I think the credit card companies are in more trouble than you. You can actually sue them for allowing you to use a credit card to gamble.

It is unenforceable if the credit card company knew it was for gambling which most likely they should. CC companies should have regulations or bans for that use.
