Let me find the processors. All I'm telling them is that I want to revoke transactions on the PDLs. This is before taking to PDLs right?

I called intercept and ach commerce and no luck...it is quickest cash advance..loan point usa...and e payday loan. the sad part is..i have paid well over 600 on each and they started at only 300 each. they will all be paid off in 2 more pay periods...

I wish we could create a thread that has a list of each one as they are discovered. I've been pretty covered up during the day but I could try. I would assume each PDL only uses one or two and I think I read in James posts that there are only three or four ACH processors.

I'm a little confused here, are you saying your bank already had a hard debit block on your account and allowed these ach transactions to go through anyway? If so, then they are in error, and need to refund your account immediately, and if they won't, then you need to tell them [your bank] you are going to contact your state Department Of Finances and find out what your options are.

Most companies have very strict "know your customer" rules when doing business in the financial world and as they are conducting financial business I would assume that the know the company they are doing business with is a PDL and which states they can and can not process ACH credits and debits for.

I just called the bank and the lady said the reason nothing could done yesterday was because I had a direct deposit and it takes 24 hrs for it to clear. She said that yesterday they should have canceled the overdraft protection and that would have stop them from debting the account. The only thing I could now is wait for the dispute to go through.

Maria I think llw can offer you some suggestions how to deal with intercept, since she has dealt with them directly. Please don't throw in the towel yet, hang tight until llw is able to give you some advice. :)

Once you have called the processor you have to let the PDL know that you have done that. They could have billions of transfers on one day and it is all sent together to the individual organization, not done on a one to one basis. It's all about money and I am not sure if the processor worries about that UNTIL the complaints start coming in. They are just moving money from one place to another. If the PDLs are moving money from an otherwise "revoked" account, than that is a different story. They are doing things with peoples money that they shouldn't be doing but they don't know that. They don't have a clue that a revocation has been issued. That is why they need to be told. Eventually, and hopefully, the processor will not want to be a part of an illegal transaction. As for the PDLs themselves, I would assume that they don't want the processor to know as it could jeopardize their ability to do business. If you don't call and let them know, it's a moot point. I went to Intercepts website, got to a point where I could make a suggestion (or in my case, a complaint) I copied it before I sent it, and then sent that email over to the PDL. I also copied in my C and D letter for good measure to make sure the processor knew that it was an illegal company. All I know is that after I did that, my PIF came within 30 hours. It's going to take some legwork but it will be worth it. If just a few of us complain to the processor it may be looked at as "sour grapes". If all of us do the same thing, it gives more clout to the problem.

Maria, I know this is overwhelming and sometimes you feel like every time you turn around you hit a wall, no one will help you and you are doing your best to understand everything we throw at you. If you need to take a breather, take a day off...but do not give up. This is what the pdls do, they wear you down until you can not take any more and you just pay them to get it overwith. Please do not give into them or that. I wanted to quit so many times, but if you do, the cycle never ends and you never have control of your money. I know this is difficult becuase your bank is not helping you. LLW has given you another avenue to explore. The whole concept can be really cofusing. Ask questions, or do like I do and ask for someone to post in simple terms. It is ok to ask questions, even if you have to ask the same one 100 times until you can understand it. We have ALL been in your shoes and know the emotional rollercoaster you are on. We have all ridden it...but I promise, there is a light at the end of the tunnel for you. I had 9 pdls when I started so it can be done. It may not be easy and can be very time and energy consuming, but you can do this. You have taken the most difficult step and that was posting your first post and taking this on. Please do not give up now. We will all be here for you, for whatever and whenever you need, even if you just need to vent. Hang in there.

If you want me to send it in a pm I will if that would makes things easier for you. I know that sometimes when you have several different things coming at you at once it seems overwhelming. You can do this. I had 5 PDLs in February. . .I now have none. Hang tight. I have a Planning Board and Zoning Board meeting tonight but I will check the board as soon as I get home. Keep smiling.

I went to my bank a week ago today and spoke to the right person with my letter in hand revoking all ACH Transactions from my account. My old account was in the negative but the bank was will to put a "freeze" on the account until I got pay to take care of the overdrafts. Are these loans storefronts or internet loans. If they are internet loans you may want to report the to the AG,BBB,FTC as soon as possible.

I told them exactly what was going on and attached a copy of my C and D letter to let them know that the PDL was illegal. Just make sure you copy it before you send it so you can send it to the PDL when you inform them that you have contacted their processor. You have to let the PDL know that you have been in touch with the processor. That is the only way of getting the leverage you need.

PDL's do not like calls from processors because without them they can't get at your money. Keep calling, I did and got a refund from 2 out of 3 and all three marked PIF. Who are the processors from each of your PDL's and I may be able to help give you a name or e-mail to contact.

I called yesterday with the same issues. There are two payday loans (ameriloan and OneClick Cash) that has been debiting my account. I called to have my transactions revoked and i was told that was not possible that I needed to contact the payday loans to work something out.

Perhaps the processors are starting to see what they have gotten themselves into with the PDLs. Keep at em'. Like I said, if the PDLs can't get their funds moved, they ain't going nowhere. mandywebb. . I know that they process for UsFastCash and ameriloan and they use Bremer Bank as their originator. If you have a particular PDL just call them and ask if they process for them. Ask for Cindy when you call. I also know that ACH Commerce processes for MyCashNow and PayDayMax, if anyone is looking for them as well and they use the Bank of the West as their originator. If you know that any PDL is affiliated with another, chances are the processor will be the same. Hope this helps some.

I don't know about the d/b/a/ thing but UsFastCash and ameriloan used the same processor and originator and they both carried the P Street NW address. Just ask Intercept when you call to confirm. Once you talk with them send a copy of your C and D letter to Intercept, via their website, to make sure they know that you have revoked that authorization. Then copy that email over to another email (make sure you copy it before you send and close the complaint) and send it to both United Cash Loans and Ameriloan so they know that Intercept is aware of the revocation.
