I sent an email to a PDL co. after sending them a fax revoking their rights to debit my account. They responded to my fax with an email stating they were still going to debit my account. I tried to email them back and they blocked me from sending them emails. I also put in the fax that they can only contact me thru email and I still got 2 phone calls from them. Help

the companies name is pay check now
anyone heard of them
since I sent them a letter stating they should only contact me my email and they still called, aren't they breaking the law
and now that they are blocking my emails to them isn't that illegal

I actually faxed it and received a conformation page that it was received. Then about 15 minutes after I faxed the letter I received an email stating they would still be debiting my account and that I owed them $400.00. I borrowed 750 and have paid them 775 I live in New Jersey and have read in this forum that PDL's are illegal in my state

i would still resend it certified mail return receipt.then i would keep track of everything, then file AG complaints.as well as FTC complaints.the reason i say this is because i have dealt with paycheck now as well.they don't really take you seriously until they get the letters that way.still i would look into those complaints.

I had the same problem with the PDLs. I just kept on sending it to whatever address I could find. . .customer service, compliance, etc. I have gotten email addresses from tracing it back on the details of the email. Sometimes that works. They are illegal in New Jersey. Try using the processor route. I will see if I can find anything additional on Pay Check Now.
