I actually faxed it and received a conformation page that it was received. Then about 15 minutes after I faxed the letter I received an email stating they would still be debiting my account and that I owed them $400.00. I borrowed 750 and have paid them 775 I live in New Jersey and have read in this forum that PDL's are illegal in my state

i would still resend it certified mail return receipt.then i would keep track of everything, then file AG complaints.as well as FTC complaints.the reason i say this is because i have dealt with paycheck now as well.they don't really take you seriously until they get the letters that way.still i would look into those complaints.

I just kept on sending it to whatever address I could find. . .customer service, compliance, etc. I have gotten email addresses from tracing it back on the details of the email. Sometimes that works. They are illegal in New Jersey. Try using the processor route. I will see if I can find anything additional on Pay Check Now.
paycheck now
I too sent them e-mails and now they are coming back to me as "delivery failed". I tried to fax to them but the fax number doesnt seem to be working. Does anyone have a physical address? They will not stop calling!!!!

And I would include copies of any written communication(s) in my ag, ftc, etc complaints. For them to blatantly say we're going to debit anyway, regardless of what you say, is just plain wrong.
Who do these bast@%&s think they are anyway?
