Mediation is not a formal court filing, it is an informal request for the parties to discuss the matter and possibly come to agreement. You may ask for mediation, but I would need to know ahead of time who the attorney for the lender is because I know of at least one who will not participate in mediation.
If the lender will participate, I would need names, addresses, and phone numbers for both parties, the amount of the claim, and a short description of the dispute.

The mediator just mailed me back and said my lenders will ask for a meeting after 60-90 late, however she suggests I call them and see if they will work with me. She say if I tell them I've talked her that might help.

I was under the impression that if you lost the case, then you'd have to pay their attorney costs and the court cost. But I could be wrong. You may find yourself paying more money than you actually would have had to pay to begin with.
