USFASTCASH is a d/b/a of the infamous MTE which is ILLEGAL. Bottom line you only owe $65 bucks send it to them via money order and that is that! They do not have a legal leg to stand on. I assumed you paid them $135 on a $200 loan already, am I correct?

Guest, please make sure you send them a revoke wage assignment letter, and give a copy of that to your employer also. You may or may not have signed an agreement with them in 2006 for them to attach your wages, but you can never be too careful, so DO send them a letter revoking any and all wage assignments, as well as giving a copy to your employer/payroll. Also, PLEASE file a complaint with your Attorney General and FTC.

Whatever you do, do NOT send them any tender with your account info on it, offer payment by way of money order, which they will not accept, but tell them it's a money order, or nothing at all.

They might attempt to, but if you email them a letter revoking any wage assigments, and give a copy to your payroll person, then no, they can't touch your wages.

You don't have the same checking account as when they were debiting it, in 2006, do you? I hope not, because if they have that information, they WILL attempt to debit that account.

Wage assignments are different than garnishments, and does not require a court order, usually they are used by pdl's and listed in very small print on the original loan agreement, which simply states the customer agrees to allow said company to have deductions come automatically out of your pay check, if said customer defaults on the loan. However, wage assigments are strictly voluntary, this is why it's important to revoke it, just in case it was a part of your original loan agreement, these companies are notorious for attempting to use wage assignments.
