People try to hide behind "validation," but when I get in their face and ask them, "what are you going to do to pay your debt," that validation bravado gives way to a sheepish, "here's the money I owe."

Thats funny you say that. I had a local collector call me a few times and I showed up on his doorstep. After about a 10 min persuasive conversation with him he never called me again and all collections were dropped. I applied your heavy handed tactics in reverse. Of course I can't do that if it is some bozo thats located in another state or country but unfortunately for this guy he was easily accessible to me.
By the way I know your post is BS. Nobody goes door to door anymore unless you only loan local and even then it is very very rare.

It a lot of the southern states like Texas , Alabama , Florida you can pretty much shoot anyone who come onto your property and say you feared for your life and get away with it. Might want to get familiar with the guns laws in your state before you try confronting the debtor in person.
