Hello Everyone,

I am in payday hell. I have three loans:

Cashnetusa Loan 1500 ; I have already paid them 1170.21 in interest. But on my account on their website they state I have paid 1125. Really strange. My next payment is due August 1st for $1890. I don't to ask for another extenstion and honestly I can't pay the 1890 that is due. Does anyone has any advice. Please note, I can not close my bank account, I can't default on the loan because I can't afford them to call my work or my husband. He doesn't know I have gotten myself in this mess. What are my options with them? Should i call and try to settle?

My other loans are one with Paydayone Loan 1000; 1399 due on the August 1st. I haven't paid anything on it first. I hate to extent it.

my cash now Loan 700; I have paid 264.99; 970.69 is due August 1st.

I am basically behind on all my bills. My life is total hell. I totally can't sleep, the anxiety is killing me. And I am having our first baby and I should be enjoying that but I have gotten myself in this total mess. Please help. Any advice would be useful.

I rather pay everything off. I just really need help with Cashnetusa. I feel like I can handle the other two.

Thank you!

Relax, take a deep breath.....you have come to the right place to get help. Continue to read through the different postings regarding PDLs (there are lots). Many of the faithful posting members have much knowledge on how to pay or not pay on PDLs. Keep checking and good luck.

Since rollovers aren't permitted, all the companies that allowed you to only pay the fee are breaking the law, also those companies that you've been paying "fees" to, that money should be going to principle. The ones making you pay off the loan completely, then allow you to immediately re- borrow are following the law (as far as rollovers are concerned). I can't find a license for Cashnetusa HERE in the TX licensee data base. I realize you don't want to close out your account, and I understand why, but you really need to do something to secure your money, the only other option you have to do that is by placing a hard debit block on your account, otherwise come Aug. they're going to take all your money again. :? One thing you should keep in mind, once you place a hard debit block on your account, you won't be able to withdraw any funds, so my suggestion is to take out any cash you may need to live on prior to doing this.

Welcome to the Board! I am sorry, though, that you are having such a difficult time with these slugs. Shazz is right. You need to secure you money. . . somehow. You state that you can't close your account and again, I can understand your reasoning but it is really the only way to stop the insanity. As for not "telling" about the mess, I understand that as well. I think many of us on here didn't "tell" either. In fact, the only people who knew about my situation WAS the good people on this board. I also know that sometimes things seem like there is no way to turn but once that first little glimmer of hope comes from doing something positive with this situation, you will feel like a new person. Perhaps your husband would understand more than you think? That's what I discovered once I did "explain" what had happened? Just follow the advise of the folks who have gone before you and you will find your way out. No that you are not alone is this, take care of yourself and that precious little baby you are about to have. Good luck and keep us posted.

SO I SEE IF I AM BEING CHARGED A ROLLOVER EVERY MONTH IT IS AGAINST TEXAS LAW????? AS IN MY OTHER POST I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION..AND YES YES I WAS PAYING ROLLOVERS AND THEY WHERE ALLOWING IT ESPECIALLY THE SWIFT CASH I HAVE NOT HEARD ONE WORD FROM. THEY HAVE 4 OF MY CHECKS, THEY ARE NO LONGER ANY GOOD AS I CLOSED THE ACCT. THE A-Z CASH WAS USING MY DEBIT CARD AND I CALLED MY BANK AND TOLD THEM I LOST IT AND NEEDED TO CANCEL IT AND REPLACE WITH ANOTHER...A-Z WAS TAKING 200.00 OF INTEREST OUT A MONTH ON A 1,000 LOAN. AND ON THE SWIFT LOAN FOR 700.00 I WAS PAYING $145.00 INTEREST A MONTH..THIS WAS MONTHLY...

OH AND THE A-Z CASH WAS GOING TO TAKE OUT OF MY DEBIT CARD FOR THE NEXT 18 MONTHS..THAT WOULD SURLY MAKE MY PAYBACK WAY MORE THAN THE LOAN WAS EVER EVEN WORTH.
I FIGURED IT UP... $200 x 18 = $3,600.00. WOW!! WHAT WAS I THINKING!! AND SWIFT CASH WAS GOING TO MAKE ME PAY ROLLOVERS FOREVER!!! IT WOULD HAVE NOT STOPPED WITH THEM UNTIL I PAID THE 700 + INTEREST.

No, it is not against the law for you to pay a rollover each month. Those laws apply only to pdl's, not CSO's. Almost all places in Texas are CSO's, so those laws are pretty much moot.

Rollovers are 100% LEGAL on CSO's. Know what you are dealing with first. Most likely if you are in Texas it's a CSO, not a pdl, and they are 100% legal and can take action to collect on the debt if you don't pay.
