CALL THE 18003518820 NUMBER AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU YOUR LOAN ID# AND YOU CAN GET THE INFORMATION FROM THEM ON HOW TO SEND A PAYMENT.

Geneva Roth Corporation Funding doesn't seem to have a good reputation, which i found while surfing through the net. Rip off report has many complaints against them and their range is quite vast. The most striking incident that attracted me is that GRC funding debited money out of a debtor's account way above the limit. In fact they debited $600 for $200.

I did get a loan true one hour cash for 400.00 in March of 08 and I've paid them 120.00 every 2 weeks since then and they say I still owe 400.00.They have taken 1680.00 for 400.00.tell me that is not a thief in that co.

GOd I feel like such an idiot! I was having hard times as well and I borrowed 500.00 in October. As of today I still 500.00 and paid $600.00 to them already! Is this legal.Can they take advantage of us this way? And what sup with the money gram stuff??!?!?!?!!? Well live and learn I guess. Any ideas?

Online payday loan companies like Geneva Roth Capital, according to internet pdl laws, can lend in Texas only if it is licensed in the state itself. Geneva Roth, I think, is not licensed in Texas. So, they are illegal in your state. Hence, you're only obligated to pay them their principal amount and not a dime more.

Thank you! I am going to do what I can. I do own the money but I can not be taken like this over and over again.It is not right. People are having hard times and are willing to come clean on the dept but they make it a great income for them. over and over again with no pay off in site for as little as 500.00

this company sucks the big one..they are still taking out $150 every 2 weeks for 2mths and still no prinicpal paid down..So i decided to close by bank account and deal with in one on one this is illegal i think....Ive paid back all i borrowed

Geneva Roth Capital is a ripoff. It has a "Unsatisfactory" rating with BBB. What state do you live in? Every state has its own pdl laws.

I live in south carolina these people have more than been paid off and they won't quit drafting out of my account
