In a 13, can I include the home mortgage and equity line of credit. Thanks.


I am not sure how they did it, but my brother had filed bankruptcy, but I believe it was chp7. Anyway, somehow they were able to keep the house and not loose it. Somehow they got the mtg company to modify their loan, but there were stiff stipulations for them since they were filing bankruptcy. Talk with your mtg company or attorney and see what they have to say. Attorney first though....

You are actually REQUIRED to include ALL debts in your Chapter 13, even if you don't want to.
