In dealing with LVNV, or any one else for that matter, be sure and get everything in writing before making any type of agreement. LVNV plays dirty and will threaten, be nasty and make settlements that they do not stand behind.
Make sure the debt is yours, it is in the SOL and get things in writing and you should be ok. There are alot of agencies others have dealt with here and you need to be careful in dealing with them to make sure they are legit..Good Luck..karen
