Credit Answers: Can customers depend on them?

I am trying to find me a good credit card consolidation and from what I have read credit answers is not a good chose, is there a better one then credit answers settlement.

Started out originanly with Credit Answers and never recieved a call from a coach, phone number changed several times and when I was subpoenaed Credit Answers told me Jensen Legal was handling my account. I asked, "Aren't you affiliated?" They gave me the number to Jensen Legal who told me if I could raise an additional $500 Dollars they might be able to help me. I was told when I started I was told , "Don't worry about a thing! We'll handle everything?" They told me I probably just didn't understand. They've taken over $1,500 Dollars of my money and I have only $500 Dollars in savings to show for....What kind of service do I recieve for the $1000 Dollars of my money they've already pocketed? A reply of, "Sorry! But there isn't much we can do, send us money."

I have medical problems and no health insurance. I had to use my credit cards to go through the begining part of my treatment or else I would more than likely be dead. There are many reasons people end up in debt and not all of them are because of iresponsibility. You sound like your a know it all and obviously have not lived long enough or dealt with serious hardship. The world is not black and white and it's not right to judge people and their situations that you do not know. I hope over time you will see this. Stop and think before you speak. They are an advertiser on Glenn Beck and we know that there are people paid to write in negative reports on the companies who advertise on his show and any companies on any conservative talk radio show or TV shows. The company did not pay the BBB to be accredited so they will receive an F until they cough up some money.
