I have been in a Civil suit for almost a year. I was building 2 houses in FL. and the customer wanted Change orders and or up grades and was un willing to pay for the differences. I stopped building, obtained a construction lien, unaware in FL the construction lien ran out in 1 year. They obtained an attorney, an suiting me in Civil court. I counter suited, etc. But, just recently filed Chapter 7 in GA. with them, their attorneys, etc. in the Bankruptcy. What can they do after the bankruptcty has been discharged? No judgement taken out, just the lawsuit.

I would speak to your attorney about it. Since it's pending l

Since it's pending litigation, it may not be discharged. It's not yet a judgement. Technically, at this point, you don't owe them anything. And you can't discharge future debts in bankruptcy.
