i have called the courthouse and they said for me to call legal services and let them knew my girlfriend is getting tired of these phone calls and i don't blame her and the last thing i need is to be homeless again the homeless shelters are a mess
some of the people steal from you and rap you some people have even been killed i don't want that to happen to me
my friend Patty is trying to help me get back on my feet i was homeless for along time and the last thing i need is for these people to make me homeless again.

I think you should talk to Brady and Caruso collection agency and ask them for which debt they are harassing you. Then ask for debt verification.
As far as I know, a collection agency can't send you to jail due to a debt.

Here's a template for a good vallidation letter. Customize it to fit your situation, and send it off to them certified mail, return reciept requested. Then keep the green card with the date and signature as proof that they got it.

These guys are a scam at its best. they will not stop harrassing my mother for a debt I owe. i have not lived at my mothers house in more than 30 years. most parents want to help thier children and I believe this company is masterminding to extort this money from older family members. please if this is happening to you. let them be aware and report it to the F.T.C.
