I am not sure who processes for CTC. You can call your bank (ask for the ACH department) and they should be able to tell you who it is. It may show a bank only as some of the processes are done bank to bank. I would give them a call and see if they can direct you further. It would be a start to getting to the right person. Hope this helps.

Just a bit of info.............
I called Intercept who is the processor for Payday Loan Yes and Fast Cash and the woman there told me that there's nothing they can do and I needed to contact my bank (which I already did and they helped me).
I asked the woman at Intercept if her company was aware that they transmit money for illegal payday loan companies and she couldn't/wouldn't even answer me.
As for Cash Transfer Center, my bank had no info on who the processor was.

I spoke with the branch manager of my credit union and she had no problem helping me.

What your bank told you doesn't make any sense...with my bank they were very willing to help me...If you want to place a "ach debit" block tell them you want it done at the company level (by company) because then that way no matter what dollar amount they try to debit - it will be returned because they are blocked - if they switch names then dispute the charge with your bank and tell them you did not authorize it - you have to do this immediately because most banks only let you dispute charges that are within the first 60 days after that it is difficult to retrieve the funds...Worked great for me...Good luck!

That's what my credit union did for me. They put the block on the ACH debit by company name and for "any dollar amount" in case they try to take their money in different ways.

my bank gave me a hard time and it seems as though it is happening to other people.. maybe the banks are seeing an increase in this? i'm not sure, keep asking though, someone has to help you. go straight to the manager.. if that doesn't work, go for corporate. it's your right to revoke ACH anyway. i remember at first, the ACH processors were really helpful but it seems that now they are tired of compalints. maybe put something in writing to them as well? and mention that you told them it was an ilgeal company and they don't seem to care anyway...

Call your bank and ask to speak with the ACH Department specifically. The branches are not familiar with the process and don't know much about it as it is not their area of business.

bea2ls is correct. Keep after your bank until you get the person who will help you. I had no problem at all with my bank. The ACH Department researched for me and the PDLs were squashed within no time at all.
