I have 4 PDL and I have been trying to pay them off but I can't seen to catch up. I have been reading I closed my bank account. I am not sure if I should get a company to assist me or do it myself. I spoke with PDL assistant and they are charging me 200 dollars and what I been hearing doesn't sound good. I have been paying them only the fee. I want to make a decision before the 19th. I did do the letters to send certified but some of the cash advances do not have address only fax number? What do I do then? I only have computer pay loans and I live in Orlando, Florida. Can anyone give me advice?

ameriloan: 300 paid 500
oneclick:350 Paid 460 already
integrity advance: 400 paid 480
loan point USA (Geneva Roth Capital) ($600 haven't started paying yet

I have send the certified letters also made the complaints with the better business bureau I also complaint with the attorneys general office. I did get a response from integrety advance saying that they will settle if I sign a document that I am agreeing to pay $520 dollars and promise not to degrade them and that they do not have license in the state of florida but they are following deleware laws.

Also ameriloan doesn't want to give me an address so I cant do a complaint so what should I do.

This was the first Friday that they wasn't going to get paid because I closed the account. I just afraid to start getting the calls at work. I just don't understand if they tell me they don't have license in Florida but they do from the state they supposely have the business. Does that mean that they are illegal debts. I am just waiting for the response from the bbb and the attorney generals office. With Geneva groth I was going to start sending them something every two weeks and only paying what I borrowed.

Please advice
