I sent a certified letter to Trauner, Cohen and Thomas reque
They sent me (finally!) some documents which included the original .....
They DID NOT send me anything that would explain the balance they are "suin..S NOT FAIR!

Many collection agencies charge exorbitant feess from the consumers. The best way to counter this type of claims is to send a debt verification letter to them through certified mail. You can get sample debt verification letters HERE.
