Any advice?

Normally I would agree with looking into a non-profit credit counseling service and doing a debt management program or dmp if you can afford it. However if you are over extended and can`t afford the payment for a dmp than you may want to consider debt settlement. Debt Settlement will get you a lower payment you can live with and get you out of debt in 3 years or less. If you do decide to go the debt settlement route be sure to check that company out with the BBB and make sure they are members or at least have a solid reputation.
