trying to figure out which PDL company deposited

CAC stands for Credit Acceptance Corporation, which is a collection agency. It has been a pain in my butt as it is trying to collect on a 7 year old debt. They also offered me several settlement offers to settle the debt with them. What a scum.

If they deposited money into his checking account then they ARE NOT a collection agency. Quite clearly he mentioned a deposit and a pdl.

Guest you are correct it is definitely a PDL loan company. I called my bank and all they said is that they see:
CAC Advantage 506.443.2109

The area code is from new brunswick, Canada

Can anyone help figure out which company this is

If they are located in Canada, they are not going to be licensed anywhere in the us to lend . Dont worry about it. Just pay back what you owe in principle

How long has it been since the deposit? Just have the bank send the deposit back as unauthorized. You do not have to accept deposits.

good info guest you can refuse any deposit.just go to your bank and let them know you did not authorize the deposit.they will send it back to where it came from.

And don't forget to tell your bank to put a stop payment on them once they do send it back, that way they don't continue to debit your account every two weeks for "fees".

I am sure the deposit is long gone, as you are answering a post from September.
