What state are you in? They are highly illegal in most states. Morally you should pay back the prinicple amount that you owe - which looks like what they are asking for but nothing more.

Refresh my memory, isn't One Click Cash illegal in the state you reside? Sorry, but I can't quite remember, anyway, if they are illegal, then they are going to HAVE to accept your terms to pay them back, I wouldn't let that email worry me if I were you, there isn't a whole heck of a lot they can do about it! Just pay them what you can, when you can, and I would tell them to stuff their money gram where the sun doesn't shine, money grams are expensive, send them money orders, certified return receipt requested. That's what I would do, it's up to you though, you can do what you feel is best for you. :)

Did you have a loan with them also? Did they owe you money, did you over pay them by chance? Are they refunding you for some reason ? If not you need to act on this NOW. You probablyshould get to the bank asap! Speak with the manager and put a hard debit block on your account FAST! Tell the bank manager to send that money back NOW! They're going to debit your account again and take what they placed in there plus more! , even if they are, you still need to place a hard debit block on your account as quickly as possible, I am afraid they may try to drain you dry!

I still owed them $120. I have a hard debit block, and they just closed my account yesterday. They put all my money in a new account. I don't want to send it back from my new account. Could they get the account info that way? I will gladly send it back.

I wonder if they deposited that money to obtain your new account number, it seems to me there might be a possibility that they have your new account number since the deposit went through, I'm not sure but that question does come up in my mind, does anyone else happen to know if this is possible?

Sorry, I wasn't clear. The money was deposited into my old account. But now the bank transferred my money to my new account, so that money now is in my new account. Do you think they meant to take the $390 since that would have been my balance due? And someone did it backwards...Ha

tell one click to get lost.. remind them that you have revoked your authorization for electronic funds transfer, and that they cannot specify a method of payment except to require certified funds (money order, cashiers check) they cannot legally (even if they were legal) require that you pay them electronically

I borrowed $350 from these ONE CLICK CASH- A-hole company and I paid or I should say was debited 4 payments of $105 which totaled $420 in just 6 weeks.. and then I thought I was all paid until I got another email stating that I was now going to be debited $155.. I was thinking WHAT THE HELL!! So I called and they stated that I would now have to pay $155 with only $50 counting to pay back what they wanted totaling $450.. which mind you I already paid $420 of the $350 that I borrowed in siz little weeks. So I went and put a hold.. closed the account and opened a new account.. notified the bank Branch manager, filled a complaint with the Federal Trade commission, Attorney general, and put a 90 days flag on my social and personal credit information so I will get flagged if anything opens or happens in my name.. I'm about to tell these assholes to F-OFF this is illegal to charge these crazy interest rates on small loans and I'm sad to see others have suffered the same as myself.
