I was wondering if anyone knew if payday loans can be included on a chapter 13 bankruptcy?

i would appreciate any help on this as i know the wording in the paperwork is confusing. I live in ohio and these are storefront pdl's btw. Thanks.

In 2006, I have included several payday loans in my bankruptcy. This was after the 2005 reform, however they're prohibited in my state anyway. I cannot give you a definite answer. Are you going with an attorney or pro-se? If an attorney, it can be asked during consultation - they're usually free anyway.
