I just checked out the site and it seems to be one of those sites that just submits your application to several lenders to see who will approve you. They are not the actual lender, but if your seeking to get a pdl...I would think twice about that. The are nothing but trouble and way to expensive.

are they real and how do i use these certificates.i dont have a bank account

I have gotten those in the mail before and they are pdl's, just internet ones. Save yourself a headache and don't accept it.
