I have the following payday loans and need to figure out if they are legal and how I can get out of this mess. I live in Wyoming.

PayDay One - $500.00 - Paid $0
Magnum Cash Advance - $1176.00 - Paid $1219.94
Integrity Cash Advance - $400.00 - Paid $480.00
my cash now - $500.00 - Paid $0

I have contacted my bank and they can stop withdrawals from Magnum & Integrity since they have already debited my account but not the other two since they have never withdrawn funds. I emailed the other two companies to see if I can setup payment arrangements and am waiting to hear back.

I would really appreciate any help or advice anyone can provide.

PDL's are legal in Wyoming check to see if the companies you have loans with are licensed in your state thats the most important part. Most internet lenders are not.

Go to the top of this page and click on forums. When you get there read the sticky titled "Please post the following information if you need help" there are links in this post that will take you to the state laws. For some reason I am not able to post the link myself.
