I called the ca and worked out 3 payments with them in order to stop garnishment and when all payments were made the ca notified the court that the matter was taken care of paid in full. DO call the ca and work something out with them if you don't plan on responding to the summons, most likely they will work with you. If you get a judgement against you it will end up costing you more, you will end up paying for their attorney fees.
