Is this ligit?

i just signed contract for 36 mos. they sound nice but dont know any records.

Here is a link that someone posted and others have replied to at http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/settlement/creditanswers-info.html Before going with any company check them out throughly, not only with the BBB, but ask your states' attorney general if they have info on them. Ask questions such as,

How long before my creditors get paid
What is the cost and all fees to start the program and keep in the program
Do my creditors work with you
What steps do you take to notify my creditors and discuss the settlement process

These are only a few questions to begin to ask.

There are legit companies and there are not-so-legit ones, just be carefull.

Also, if your debt is such that you can do it yourself, I would also look into that..karen :D
