if anyone can answer that would be great. Is there a time frame from point of 1st collection calls to receiving notice you are being sued.( that is if it goes to that) is it months, years?
thank you

this was my mistake - what i meant was for anyone out there that is being sued how long was it between the CA's calling and harrassing you to actually being taken to court. Does it take months , years? And If I may, once you are served can you still claim Bankruptcy or is it too late?
I'm sorry if I sound confused - being in debt is new to me and it highly sucks

thank you, that is what i was wondering if the CA's give up where does it go? Does it keep going from CA's to CA's until an attorney takes over? This is all so new to me and it seems there is a hundred questions one could ask. This site is so patient with everyone.
