Creditors Interchange CI

I got the notice from Creditors Interchange CI, regarding my Bank Of America accounts, they wants me to pay back all the money I owed BOA (FIA card Services)in 30 Days.. If not they will intend to send the accounts tp collection law firm. I am enrolling to Care One Credit DSP just one month, I will fax to them these letters tommorrow, but I would like to know how serious are these letters and what can I do now? Is possible they will sue me soon and is Care One Credit capable to resolve this problem?


Creditors Interchange, a collection agency, has got a bad consumer response in our forum and also in the ripoff report. Here are some of them: -

In addition, Creditors Interchange Receivable Management, LLC has an "unsatisfactory" record with the BBB.

Careone Credit has a satisfactory rating in the BBB. I hope they can resolve the matter. But you should confirm it with them personally.

You should also send a debt validation letter to Creditors Interchange CI ASAP or within 30 days from receiving the notice. Please also check whether the statute of limitation of the debt has expired.
