Does anyone know of a good loan modification attorney?

I hired Mr. Tow in Feb. 09. I was troubled at first because it was very hard to get a hold of anyone at the office. I went to the office and was introduced to the processing team. I could see why it was hard to contact them. They were all on the phones with lenders and working on their computers. I was told to communicate by email because they could respond to that while still staying on the phones with lenders. After that, it went pretty smooth. There were issues with my lender, such as losing my paperwork. But all was handled by Mr. Tow's office. I just got my modification and couldn't be happier. Long process and it tested my nerves but it was worth it.

Do not trust this company, their people have lost my paperwork, asked for more and more copies, 8 months later nothing has happend to help me. They take your money and then forget you, don't call or give you any information. Use Make Homes Affordable this is the best program and cost you zero.

Marc Tow is not to be trusted. I have a Real Estate dealing with him and he has been unethical, unscrupulous and has no regard for the law or for the contract that we signed. I would RUN AWAY. There are plenty of other loan modication companies out there.

I have had nothing but headaches dealing with this office and it unprofessional staff. I've been trying to modify with that office for 9 months now, but they sure did hammer that $2800.00 upfront fee they charged me. Using a 3rd party to modify was the worst advise I've been given.

I was going to hire LTV to do my loan mod. but I changed my mind for personal reasons. I had even sent LTV half their fees. When I told them that I changed my mind they promptly returned my retainer. So as I see it , they must be an honest company and I would recomend them just for being so honest. Thank you LTV . G.H.P.

Atty Marc Tow needs to be stripped of his law license. He has victimized some of his clients. He has taken their money. I bear witness to what harm he has done to a client. He should never be allowed to practice law. He has unethical practices and disregards. It's time he gets caught. He belongs in jail.

Marc Tow aka UFIRST aka Christian Dillon...whatever he is, I now find out he is a scam. DO NOT go to him. I will stride every effort to getting my money back someway somehow. He will wait till you go to foreclosure just so he can get more money out of you to file for Bankruptcy. His accomplice: Devin Rockefeller among many others. He hires translators to reel in suckers and then fires them/moves locations without notice. I am very angry to have fallen as victim of loan mod fraud. Thanks alot. You got me believing you'd help Mr Marc/Christian. Instead, you've helped yourself by cheating many people. What goes around comes around. I hope you get what you deserve.
