Attn: Faye
I called the other day about making a payment. I was told by on of the reps, that I could make a payment in the BX/PX under my SSN, which I did today. I will fax you a copy of the receipt, I had to make the payment under an account number instead of my SSN. I just wanted to be sure the payment was received by the 16th of March. Thanks

What is my debt to the AAFES. Please give detail. Also what is the correct amount i owe for Civil Recovery I know i owed 400.00 - I was making payments and it should be less than 337.00 as indicated on my letter dated 1 Dec 05 - I did contact the BX at Charleston AFB SC -- was put on hold a numerous of times and was never called back at my home - I live 1 hour away from the base.

Thank you for you time and Happy New Year - God Bless

I am prior service and I am trying to get a hold of AAFES because for some reason they are garnishing a portion of my refund from the IRS. The only number I was given was 1-800-654-4074; does anyone else have a better number. Thanks.

Joy--I have an account with AAFES. Are you referring to the 'military star' charge card? If so, I have better than a phone number, I have an email and they do answer questions about your account. I have emailed them before. Make sure to include your account number.

militarystar[at]aafes[dot]com

Hope this has helped. Shirley
