I am really concerned about this attorney and his approaches. My hours have been cut at work, and I am seriously considering cashing in my measly 401k, knowing full well that I would get very little back because of penalties. Also that I wouldnt get the money back for quite a while and I dont qualify for the hardship rules. I have already borrowed from it and can't borrow any more until I pay off the first loan.... Ugh.
Um, Hello.
Been waiting for responses for awhile. Is anyone out there that can help me out with the last few posts ? Otherwise I going to cash in my 401 in a panic...... John
