No fees were taken out. My husband lost his wallet at a game, so we closed the account before any money was due. I used that as leverage to take my time paying them, but now that I am ready, the fees have really accumulated.
I am in NJ. What is a bottomfeeder CA. I will pay the principle on both immediately, but what do I say to them once I pay them to prevent them from going after me further?

bottomfeeder CA'S are not licensed therefore have to threaten you with things they can't do.like you will be arrested, you commited fraud.neither of which is true.also since pdl's are illegal in NJ anyhow they lent you money illegaly.you only owe the principle borrowed.nothing more.get your AG involved if necessary to get this done, but don't let these places strong arm or bully you.they broke the law lending in a state where they are not allowed to.
