they claim i have taken a loan with them and i have never now they have turn me over to some collection agency and i have already sent them a dv letter has anyone here have had that problem where instant cash or some other pdl claim you owe them but you have never taken a loan from them what do you do about it


Just curious, ..what state do you live in? MOST PDL's are illegal. So,..yes..it would be a good idea to see if it's legal in your state. You said you've sent a letter, GUEST?? Did you get a response back?

i am in new york i know pdl are illegal here instant cash has turned me over to aca recovera (aka) Norman G Kalina they claim to be a law firm but from reading other posts here it seems they are not theres a lot of complaints here from others who are harrased by them in my case i recieve a letter from aca i sent them a dv letter certified few days later i get a second letter from them this time on the envelope it has norman g kalina attorney at law with the same exact address of aca revocery on the letter itself it has norman g kalina esq and the letter very brief says they represent intant cash and that aca recovery has tried to contact me that u should mail payment to them and it even has a stamped signature norman g kalina the next day i get this same exact letter from them oh and also this moron who has called me from aca 3 times at the end of his message says that if they call back by 5pm it will turn over to legal action and that a warrant for my arrest will be issue waht joke these people are so what should i do i have never taken a loan from insatant cash i yes have from other pdl that i am fighting with now but not instant

REALLY..........MOST PDL's are LEGAL??!! :roll: As I'm reading on different posts.threads, I was given the impression that MOST are ILLEGAL. What about Little Loan Shop....I live in the state of PA. Is this LEGAL in PA??

If you have ever noticed, there are 10 or 15 companies that keep coming up on these threads. It is the old "squeaky wheel" theory, where you can have 3 perfect wheels that you never think about, but the one that squeaks will drive you crazy. Most of the companies out there are never discussed.

You also need to reread the first line of the post, "depending on your state".

Well, GUEST..ALOT of the 'ads' for PDL's DO state "instant cash" thing: "don't wait until tomorrow, get your instant cash today", etc.
