Check whether instant cash is licensed in your state. If not then don't pay them a dime. Contact your state's Attorney General office.

Just curious, ..what state do you live in? MOST PDL's are illegal. So,..yes..it would be a good idea to see if it's legal in your state. You said you've sent a letter, GUEST?? Did you get a response back?

Actually, depending on your state, most PDL's are legal. Most complaints come from the ones that are illegal.

It is similar to professional athletes, 98%+ are great citizens but the few that do stupid things get the press and thus label the entire group.

Dispute it on your credit report, it's up to the lender to prove the debt is actually your to the CRA.

A lot of these companies change their names and have sister companies, hell it's hard to tell who they are half the time, I would just remind this so-called Attorney he/she is breaking the law by not following the fdcpa.

but from searching here for norman kalina it seems many people here say they are not a law firm

REALLY..........MOST PDL's are LEGAL??!! :roll: As I'm reading on different posts.threads, I was given the impression that MOST are ILLEGAL. What about Little Loan Shop....I live in the state of PA. Is this LEGAL in PA??

If you have ever noticed, there are 10 or 15 companies that keep coming up on these threads. It is the old "squeaky wheel" theory, where you can have 3 perfect wheels that you never think about, but the one that squeaks will drive you crazy. Most of the companies out there are never discussed.

You also need to reread the first line of the post, "depending on your state".
