DMP and new purchases

We are considering dmp and my husband is required to purchase a new vehicle every 4 years with his company in order to be reimbursed for mileage and truck payment. Will this program effect our credit score to where we will not be able to purchase the new vehicle?

Entry remains in your credit report until you payoff the debt in full.
But during the period when you're paying off the debt through DMP, you may find it difficult to qualify for new credit.
