I'm dealing with them right now...they're representing a credito
I'm dealing with them right now...they're representing a creditor of mine...and so far they sound uneducated...and the don't know how to process serve in accordance to the law...so I'm really not sure how to handle them...

A DV, or Debt Validation letter is a demand that the CA prove, among other things, that they are authorized to collect a particular account, and that the amount is correct. Read more about it here.
