Morning.... I was wondering if anyone can tell me where I might find state laws for PA that deal with judgments and how they can be collected. I am going up agains WW&R and if a judgment is granted I need to make sure my bank account does not get effected. It is a joint account with my wife and the outstanding debt is with just myself.
