Morning.... I was wondering if anyone can tell me where I might find state laws for PA that deal with judgments and how they can be collected. I am going up agains WW&R and if a judgment is granted I need to make sure my bank account does not get effected. It is a joint account with my wife and the outstanding debt is with just myself.

Thanks

I would think that you can, PADEBT. My friends ( a married couple) did that. HE owed a debt and SHE din't. So, what they did was SHE opened an account in her name..only. This way the debt din't affect her. I would ask your bank how you can do this.
