If you have not been served a summons at that point, I would be checking with your county court clerk's office ASAP. Sorry if you were already aware of a lawsuit, I dont know if you have posted anything on this before or not. if it is just statements, then I would not consider that to be proper validation because anyone can make up a statement on a computer showing whatever they would want it to show. Plus, the FTC has offered its opinion on proper validation and they have concluded that the law does require that validation come from the original creditor, for the purpose of protecting the consumer from false claims.

I asked for validation months ago and then they received a letter from the arbitration to extend 45 days and then the statements were sent to arbitration as well as myself. No original contracts or anything else like that. Just was not sure what to do next.
