Their settlement is to mark my account PIF (and release me from the $260 they say I owe) and for me to sign a confidentiality letter. I have paid them over $1700!!!!!!
Should I just settle for PIF or go for PIF and refund? Looking for advice.

Integrity is not known for the hardcore collections that most payday lenders use. Just close the account and forget them. They might try to call you a couple of times, but it's usually a customer service rep trying to reinstate you. They aren't the beat you over the head type of company.

I would demand what you overpaid. In my letter to one of my PDLs that I overpaid, I stated that I wanted repayment of the amount I paid over the principal. I received $475 3 days after they received my letters. It wouldn't hurt to demand payment..... nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Keep at it....with this company you might just get what you ask

okay, i borrowed $400 back in July - have paid back over $800 as of today. I think they are just going to keep taking money out of my checking account. it started out $120.00 and the last two have been $155 and $170. How does the payment change and when do they end. I've tried contacting this place and cannot get anyone to return my calls or emails. Is this some kind of scam?

There's only one way to stop them, and that's to close your account, otherwise they will never stop!
