ALLIED INTERSTATE/LVNV

I was taken to court with LVNV back in June. Case was dismissed without prejudice. Ok so then I get a letter saying LVNV sold my account to northland group. Well now I get a letter in the mail from allied interstate for LVNV. It says
Allied Interstate Account No xxxxxxxxxxxx
Creditor lvnv funding llc
Original Creditor Helzberg
Current Creditor Account No xxxxxxxxxxxxx(which is the CC card #)
Amount due 1428.62.
Ok I would love to DV this but here is the kicker. I pulled my credit a couple of weeks ago and Helzberg shows as paid under my satisfactory accounts !
This is also stated in the letter
"Our client has agreed to accept one single payment in the amount of $500.02 as full and final settlement on this account. To ensure proper credit, please make all payments payable to Allied Interstate, Inc. or to LVNV Funding LLC."
Who what and how should I DV these people My credit report reads as follows
HSBC HELZBER DIAMOND #xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Balance $0
Date Opened 11/2007
High balance $0
Past Due $0
Pay status Paid or Paying as agreed

Send them another DV letter and inform them that according to your records, that account is in good standing. Do you realize that it may just be a reporting error and with the DV and such it may get fixed.

I have a tradeline like this on my report from a charged of Providian account. It shows satisfactory, zero balance, no lates Transferred/Sold to another lender. The kicker is that it's past reporting period for derog's but since it's showing satisfactory, it's actually helping my score.
