I'm tired of all the calls, so am thinking of paying an attorney a retainer fee so that I can direct calls to them. I'm afraid it will speed up the process of them filing suit against me and I won't have the rest of the money to file bk for another month or so. Any suggestions?

if your filing BK in a month i doubt any legal action can or will commence before you file.i would do it.give the retainer.
