I have been summoned for a breach of contract and common counts

Hi,
I got a summons for breach of contract and common counts, however, I recieved no call or no letter from arrow financial services, LLC stating that they'd sue me.
My roommate got a ring from downstairs saying that there was a package for me and when she met the delivery person, it was court papers that were supposed to go to me. Not her. Is this legal?
Also, shouldn't I have gotten a letter from Arrow Financial Services in the first place stating that they'd use Erica L. Brachfeld?
I don't even know if the debt is 1. legal, 2. legally owned by Arrow Financial Services, 3. mine. All it says that they believe I breached and agreement, however, I have not signed anything nor did I tell them in writing.
I did not file a letter to cease communication with Arrow Financial Services and I wish I did.
Is this sort of practice fair? What should I do?

Guest check with the county clerk to see if the summons is real.
